Objective: In the perioperative ureteral Calculi patients with high-quality care for patients with intervention measures to study the concept of quality care for patients with ureteral Calculi clinical care. Methods: 80 patients with ureteral Calculi who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were followed up. The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of even number and odd number, each group had 40 cases of operation, the routine group carried out the routine nursing in operation room, and the experimental group carried out the high-quality nursing intervention in perioperative period. Through different nursing methods, the complications of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared with the feeling of nursing, to explore the quality of care for ureteral Calculi patients in the perioperative clinical care. Results: through different nursing intervention methods, it was found that the incidence of complications and the statistical data of nursing experience in the experimental group were better than those in the routine group, there was significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.05) . Conclusion: High Quality Nursing Intervention for patients with ureteral Calculi during perioperative period can reduce the incidence of complications, reduce patientsstress, improve patientssatisfaction, and benefit the continuous development of doctor-patient relationship, has the clinical application effect, advocates the further promotion use.
