临床护理干预对晚期高龄肾癌根治术患者生活质量的影响

摘要	探讨和研究临床护理干预对晚期高龄肾癌根治术患者生活质量的影响。方法选择的研究对象为我院2017年12月到2020年12月期间内所收治的60例晚期高龄肾癌根治术患者，按照随机分组分为观察组和对照组，其中对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组采用临床护理干预，对比两组患者的生活质量评分以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组，且观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在晚期高龄肾癌根治术患者的护理过程中，采用临床护理干预具有较好的应用效果，值得临床推广和借鉴采用。
Abstract	Objective To explore and study the effect of clinical nursing intervention on the quality of life of advanced elderly patients with renal carcinoma undergoing radical operation. Methods: the research object of choice for the hospital in December 2017 to December 2020 during the period of 60 cases treated by advanced kidney cancer radical in aged patients, according to the randomized divided into observation group and control group, the control group using conventional nursing intervention, the observation group USES the clinical nursing intervention, compared two groups of the patients quality of life score and the incidence of complications. Results: The quality of life score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the nursing process of advanced aged patients with radical nephrectomy, the use of clinical nursing intervention has a good effect, worthy of clinical promotion and use for reference.
