摘要	研究3M液体敷料在轮状病毒性肠炎患儿发生尿布性皮炎护理中的效果。方法在我院2020年2月至2021年2月间接收的轮状病毒性肠炎患儿中选择90例并随机分为两组，对照组45例常规护理，观察组45例应用3M液体敷料并开展对应护理工作，比较两组效果。结果观察组尿布性皮炎的发生率、平均退热时间、住院时间明显低于对照组，家长护理满意度明显高于对照组，且组间对比具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在进行轮状病毒性肠炎患儿护理时，应用3M液体敷料可有效降低患儿发生尿布性皮炎的风险，促进康复，缩短住院时间，提高患儿家长对医院护理服务的满意度，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of 3M liquid dressing on the nursing of diaper dermatitis in children with rotavirus enteritis. Methods: Ninety children with rotavirus enteritis received by our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: control group (45 cases) were given routine nursing care, and observation group (45 cases) were given 3M liquid dressing and corresponding nursing work, and the effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The incidence of diaper dermatitis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of parents was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the comparison between groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the nursing of children with rotavirus enteritis, the application of 3M liquid dressing can effectively reduce the risk of diaper dermatitis, promote rehabilitation, shorten the length of hospital stay, and improve the satisfaction of parents of children with rotavirus enteritis to hospital nursing services, which is worthy of promotion.
