Objective To analyze the effect of free position joint responsibility system nursing on the birth outcome and SAS,SDA of primipara. Methods: 120 cases of primiparas who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected, and divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases) according to the way of drawing lot, and were respectively treated with routine midwifery nursing and free position midwifery joint responsibility system nursing. The childbirth outcome, VAS score and SDA score were compared between the two groups. Results: The cesarean section rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). VAS score, SAS score and SDA score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of free position joint responsibility system of obstetric care in the puerpera, its delivery outcome is satisfactory, can reduce the rate of cesarean section, relieve the pain of patients, improve their psychological status, has a higher application significance.
