Objective To study the application effect of targeted nursing in children with diarrhea. Methods: 60 cases of pediatric diarrhea patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group and reference group by random distribution method, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the reference group were given routine care, while patients in the experimental group were combined with targeted care on the basis of routine care. The recovery time of clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results: The clinical recovery time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the reference group, and the clinical efficacy was significantly better than that of the reference group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The targeted nursing for children with diarrhea can effectively reduce the clinical recovery time, promote the recovery of patients, and the treatment effect is obvious, worthy of being put into promotion.
