基层卫生院西药房开展药学服务及提高服务质量的探究

| 摘要 |
探究分析基层医院西药房开展药学服务及提高服务质量的探究。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年1月，基层医院西药房服务资料作为本次研究资料。将2020年1月至2021年1月，我院西药房服务资料作为对照组；将2021年2月至2022年2月，我院西药房开展药学服务后的服务资料作为观察组。对比分析对照组与观察组的平均取药时间、药品合格率以及患者满意度。结果 开展药学服务后，观察组在平均取药时间、药品合格率以及患者满意度方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 在基层医院西药房开展药学服务，能有效降低平均取药时间，提升患者满意度以及药品合格率，在实际应用中具有优良的效果，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the pharmacy services and improve the quality of services carried out by western pharmacies in grass-roots hospitals. Methods From January 2020 to January 2022, the service data of the West Pharmacy of our hospital was selected as the data of this study. From January 2020 to January 2021, the service data of the Western Pharmacy of our hospital was taken as the control group, and the service data of the Western Pharmacy of our hospital after the pharmacy service was carried out from February 2021 to February 2022 as the observation group. The average drug collection time, drug pass rate and patient satisfaction of the control group and the observation group were compared. Results After the pharmacy service was carried out, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of average drug collection time, drug pass rate and patient satisfaction, of which (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Carrying out pharmacy services in the western pharmacy of grass-roots hospitals can effectively reduce the average drug collection time, improve patient satisfaction and drug qualification rate, and have excellent effects in practical applications, which is worth promoting and applying.
