| 摘要 |
分析对口腔颌面部创伤患者在护理过程中开展个性化护理干预对治疗效果及对护理满意度的影响。方法 抽取2020年4月-2021年4月期间我院治疗的口腔颌面部创伤患者86例，以随机数字表法将此86例患者平均分成对照组（n=43，接受常规护理）和研究组（n=43，接受个性化护理干预）两组，对比两组一期愈合率、口腔功能恢复率及对护理的满意情况。结果 研究组患者一期愈合率、口腔功能恢复率以及对护理的满意度均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将个性化护理干预用于对口腔颌面部创伤患者的临床护理中可有效提升治疗效果，并且患者对此种护理模式的满意度更好。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the impact of individualized nursing intervention on the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of patients with oral and maxillofacial trauma in the nursing process. Methods A total of 86 patients with oral and maxillofacial trauma treated in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into control group (n=43, receiving routine nursing) and study group (n=43, receiving personalized nursing intervention) by random number table method. The primary healing rate, oral function recovery rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The primary healing rate, oral function recovery rate and nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of personalized nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of patients with oral and maxillofacial trauma can effectively improve the treatment effect, and patients satisfaction with this nursing mode is better.
