中西医集成增效护理在骨科术后疼痛中的应用效果

摘要	观察骨折术后疼痛采用中西医集成增效护理的效果。方法随机将86例骨折手术患者分成两组，对照组、研究组各43例。给予对照组普通护理，研究组采取中西医集成增效护理。对比两组的VAS分数、护理满意度、住院费用及时间、并发症率和SAS分数。结果对比两组术后1.5h、24h、72h的VAS评分，研究组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；对比两组的护理满意度，研究组明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；对比两组的住院费用、住院时间，研究组均比对照组低（P＜0.05）；比较两组的下肢深静脉血栓、部位感染、休克发生率，研究组均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；对比两组护理后的SAS评分，研究组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论将中西医集成增效护理用于骨折术后疼痛，改善了患者的护理满意程度，值得普及。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of Integrated Chinese and Western medicine synergistic nursing on pain after orthopaedic surgery. Methods 86 patients with fracture were randomly divided into two groups: control group and study group, 43 cases each. The control group was given general nursing, and the integrated and synergistic nursing of Chinese and Western medicine was used in the study group. VAS score, nursing satisfaction, hospitalization cost, hospitalization time, complication rate and SAS score were compared between the two groups. Results the VAS scores of the two groups at 1.5h, 24h and 72h after operation were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the hospitalization cost and hospitalization time of the study group were lower (P<0.05); The incidence of deep venous thrombosis, site infection and shock in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The SAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion the integrated and synergistic nursing of Chinese and Western medicine is applied to the pain after fracture operation, which improves the patients nursing satisfaction and is worth popularizing.
