摘要
探索分析小儿骨折患儿护理中互动健康教育的应用效果。方法 78例病例均筛选自本院收治的小儿骨折患儿。计算机均分两组(各39例),两组均予以常规护理,观察组同时联合开展互动健康教育,比较两组应用效果。结果 观察组小儿家长健康教育知识掌握评分高于对照组,患儿功能锻炼依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 小儿骨折常规护理同时实施互动健康教育,可确切强化家长相关知识掌握程度,配合护理人员诱导儿童提升其功能锻炼依从性,促进尽快恢复,应用价值显著值得借鉴。
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of interactive health education in the nursing of children with fracture. Methods 78 cases were selected from children with fracture in our hospital. The computer was pided into two groups (39 cases in each group). The two groups were given routine nursing, and the observation group was given interactive health education at the same time. Results the score of health education knowledge mastery of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the compliance of childrens functional exercise was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion the implementation of interactive health education in the routine nursing of pediatric fracture can strengthen parents mastery of relevant knowledge, cooperate with nursing staff to induce children to improve their compliance of functional exercise, and promote their recovery as soon as possible. The application value is significant, which is worthy of reference.
