摘要	探讨快速康复多元化护理模式在关节镜微创治疗青少年髌股关节不稳定围术期中的应用效果。方法选取包头市第四医院创伤运动医学科2020年8月-2021年8月60例青少年患者作为研究对象，按照住院顺序将其随机分为两组，观察组30例患者采用快速康复多元化护理模式，对照组采用传统护理模。结果观察组疼痛程度分值、平均住院天数均低于对照组，观察组满意度高于对照组，两组对比差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在青少年骨科围手术期护理中应用快速康复多元化护理模式能够减轻患者疼痛，缩短住院天数，提高患者满意度。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation and diversified nursing mode in the arthroscopic minimally invasive treatment of patellofemoral joint instability in adolescents. Methods: 60 adolescent patients from August 2020 to August 2021 of Baotou Fourth Hospital were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of hospitalization. 30 patients in the observation group adopted rapid rehabilitation and diversified nursing mode, and the control group adopted traditional nursing model. Results: The pain scores and average hospitalization days of the observation group were lower than the control group, and the satisfaction levels were significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: The application of rapid rehabilitation in adolescent orthopedic perioperative nursing can reduce patient pain, shorten hospital days and improve patient satisfaction.
