摘要	分析普外科急性阑尾炎手术的有效护理措施与效果。方法 2019年1月-2022年1月本院普外科接诊急性阑尾炎手术病人60名，随机分2组。试验组30人采取综合护理，对照组30人行常规护理。对比住院时间等指标。结果关于住院时间，试验组的数据是（5.48±1.37）d，和对照组（7.25±1.86）d相比更短（P＜0.05）。关于并发症，试验组的发生率3.33%，和对照组的23.33%相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于SDS和SAS评分，在干预结束之时，试验组比对照组低（P＜0.05）。关于满意度，试验组的数据是100.0%，和对照组的80.0%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论普外科急性阑尾炎手术用综合护理，并发症发生率更低，临床指标更好，满意度更高，心态改善更加明显。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the effective nursing measures and effects of acute appendicitis operation in general surgery. Methods: From January 2019 to January 2022, 60 patients with acute appendicitis were treated in the general department of surgery of our hospital, and randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group took comprehensive nursing, and the control group took routine nursing. Length of stay and other indicators were compared. Results: As for the length of hospital stay, the data of the experimental group was (5.48±1.37) days, which was shorter than that of the control group (7.25±1.86) days (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 3.33%, lower than that in the control group (23.33%) (P < 0.05). SDS and SAS scores were lower in the experimental group than in the control group at the end of the intervention (P < 0.05). As for satisfaction, the data of the experimental group was 100.0%, which was higher than that of the control group (80.0%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: General surgery for acute appendicitis with comprehensive nursing, the complication rate is lower, the clinical index is better, the satisfaction is higher, the mentality is improved more obvious.
