Objective: his article mainly analyzes the effect of collaborative nursing in the rehabilitation of children with pneumonia. Methods: A total of 400 cases of children with pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were collected. After determining the composite inclusion criteria, a group study was carried out, and different nursing interventions were implemented for the patients after grouping. Coordinated nursing intervention was implemented, and routine nursing intervention was implemented for the reference group. At the same time, the disappearance time of lung rales, cough disappearance time, hospitalization time, and the scores of pneumonia knowledge mastery and nursing skills of the parents of the two groups of children were analyzed after different nursing. Treatment compliance in children. Results: The disappearance time of lung rales, cough disappearance time, and hospitalization time of the two groups of children were calculated. The calculated data showed that the time spent in each item in the study group was shorter, and the time in the reference group was more. There was a significant difference in the data between the two groups (P<0.05). The scores of pneumonia knowledge mastery and nursing skills of the parents of the two groups of children were calculated, and the scores were significantly higher in the research group and lower in the reference group, and there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). The treatment compliance rates between the groups of children were 199 (99.50%) and 166 (83.00%), respectively, and the differences were very significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of collaborative nursing in the rehabilitation of children with pneumonia can help children to significantly shorten the disappearance time of clinical lung rales and cough. At the same time, parents of children can effectively improve their knowledge of pneumonia and nursing skills, thereby improving childrens treatment compliance. It is beneficial to accelerate the recovery of children and discharge them as soon as possible. The clinical application effect is obvious, and it has the value of comprehensive use.
