细节护理干预对消毒供应中心管腔清洗及包装标识合格率的影响

摘要	研究分析消毒供应中心实施细节护理干预对管腔清洗及包装标识合格率的影响。方法研究周期为2018年1月-2021年12月，研究样本为本院消毒供应中心21名护理人员。2018年1月-2019年12月未实施细节护理干预，2020年1月-2021年12月实施细节护理干预，对比实施细节护理干预前后各项指标。结果对比实施细节护理干预前后管腔清洗合格率、包装标识合格率，实施后高于实施前；对比实施细节护理干预前后消毒供应中心工作质量评分，实施后高于实施前。结论消毒供应中心实施细节护理干预可显著提高管腔清洗与包装标识合格率，并可提高工作质量，值得全面推广。
Abstract	Objective: Tostudy and analyze the effect of detailed nursing intervention on the qualified rate of lumen cleaning and packaging labeling in disinfection supply center. Methods: The study period spanned from January 2018 to December 2021, and the study samples were 21 nursing staff from the disinfection supply center of our hospital. From January 2018 to December 2019,the detailed nursing intervention was not implemented, and from January 2020 to December 2021,the detailed nursing intervention was implemented. The indicators before and after the implementation of the detailed nursing intervention were compared. Results: The qualified rate of lumen cleaning and packaging labeling were compared before and after the implementation of detailed nursing intervention, which were higher after the implementation than before the implementation. The scores of work quality of disinfection supply center before and after the implementation of detailed nursing intervention were higher than those before the implementation. Conclusion: The implementation of detailed nursing intervention in disinfection supply center can significantly improve the lumen clarity and the qualified rate of package labeling, and improve the quality of work, which is worthy of comprehensive promotion
