摘要	探讨阑尾炎患者围手术期护理中护理干预的实施效果。方法将我院2021年1月-2022年1月80例阑尾炎患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施围手术期护理干预。比较两组满意度、手术、住院时间、并发症率。结果实验组满意度高于对照组，手术、住院时间短于对照组，并发症率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论阑尾炎患者实施围手术期护理干预效果确切。
Abstract	Objective: To To explore the effect of nursing intervention in perioperative nursing of patients with appendicitis. Methods: 80 patients with appendicitis in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into two groups by double-blind randomization. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given perioperative nursing intervention. The satisfaction, operation, hospital stay and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the operation time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The effect of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with appendicitis is definite.
