基础护理与细节化护理在神经内科护理中的应用

摘要	探究基础护理与细节化护理在神经内科中的应用效果。方法研究2021年5月至2022年3月此段时间内收治的128例神经内科患者作为研究对象，根据其相关数据进行护理方式的研究分析，采用对比分析法和奇偶分组法将其等分为两组，对照组采用基础护理的方式，对研究组进行细节化护理干预，对比干预结果。结果关于护理效果：对照组患者的护理过程中的健康教育、操作技术、心理干预以及服务态度评分均显著低于研究组患者得分；关于风险事件及并发症发生情况研究组患者风险事件及并发症发生率为7.82%，显著低于对照组患者20.31%的风险事件及并发症发生率；关于护理满意度：研究组患者护理满意度为96.88%，显著高于对照组患者护理满意度为76.56%。结论基础护理与细节化护理相结合的方式对降低风险事件及并发症发生都有着一定的促进作用，同时对提升患者护理满意度，改善患者恢复效果也有着积极的影响，值得在临床上推广。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the application effect of basic nursing and detailed nursing in neurology department. Methods: in May 2021 to March 2022 were admitted this period of time 128 neurology patients as the research object, according to the related data in the nursing methods of analysis, comparison analysis and parity grouping will be divided into two groups, control group with the method of basic nursing, to detail the nursing intervention group contrast intervention results. Results: About the nursing effect: the scores of health education, operation technique, psychological intervention and service attitude in the nursing process of patients in the control group were significantly lower than those in the study group; The incidence of risk events and complications in the study group was 7.82%, which was significantly lower than 20.31% in the control group. About nursing satisfaction: the nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 96.88%, which was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group (76.56%). Conclusion: The combination of basic nursing and detailed nursing has a certain promoting effect on reducing the occurrence of risk events and complications, and has a positive effect on improving patients nursing satisfaction and improving patients recovery effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
