Objective: To explore the nursing of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremic skin pruritus. Methods: 80 patients with Uremic Pruritus Treated by hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given all-round nursing. The SAS score of anxiety, Pittsburgh score of sleep, satisfaction and relief time of skin pruritus were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results: the SAS score of anxiety and Pittsburgh score of sleep in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, and the relief time of skin pruritus was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the comprehensive nursing effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremic patients with skin pruritus is accurate. It can alleviate patients pruritus, reduce their anxiety, improve their sleep quality and improve patients satisfaction.
