摘要	分析多次试管婴儿孕产妇心理特征分析与护理措施对SAS评分的影响。方法选择本院2019年5月-2022年2月接收的50例多次试管婴儿孕产妇，通过心理特征调查问卷，来了解孕产妇的心理特征，并对其实施针对性护理干预措施，分对比护理前后SAS评分。结果在调查结果中可知，孕产妇均对会出现不同程度紧张、焦虑、不安等情绪。实施针对性护理干预后，孕产妇的EPQ、SAS评分明显低于干预前，P＜0.05。结论多次试管婴儿孕产妇的情绪波动比较大，并且具有不稳定性，通过实施针对性护理干预，能够有效缓解孕产妇的不良情绪，保持身心健康。
Abstract	Objective: to analyze the psychological characteristics of pregnant women with multiple test tube infants and the effect of nursing measures on SAS score. Methods: The 50 multiple IVF pregnant women received from May 2019 to February 2022 were selected to understand the psychological characteristics of the pregnant women through the psychological characteristics questionnaire, and the targeted nursing intervention measures were implemented, comparing the SAS scores before and after. Results: according to the survey results, pregnant women will have different degrees of tension, anxiety, anxiety and other emotions. After the implementation of targeted nursing intervention, the EPQ and SAS scores of pregnant women were significantly lower than those before the intervention (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the emotional fluctuation of pregnant women with multiple IVF is relatively large and unstable. The implementation of targeted nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the bad mood of pregnant women and maintain their physical and mental health.
