Objective To explore the clinical significance of traditional Chinese medicine fire therapy for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: A total of 120 patients who received chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treatment in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected, and the patients were numbered oddly and evenly, and 60 patients with odd numbers were included in the control group. 60 patients with serial number were included in the research group. The patients in this group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fire therapy, and the treatment efficiency and prognosis were compared. Results: The effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group; the depth of pelvic effusion and the diameter of pelvic mass in the study group were both lower than those in the control group; the levels of IL-6 and CRP in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group; the recurrence rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group. The control group was significantly reduced, P<0.05. Conclusion: The use of traditional Chinese medicine fire therapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has a definite curative effect, can improve its clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate, and it is recommended to popularize and apply.
