自由体位分娩护理应用于初产妇中的临床效果观察

摘要	观察自由体位分娩护理应用于初产妇中的临床效果。方法将2021年5月-2022年5月设定为本次研究所选择的时间段，此期间到我院生产的初产妇100例作为本此研究对象，且均为自愿加入研究，随机将上述初产妇分为对照组和实验组，对照组采用常规护理干预，实验组接受自由体位分娩护理，对比分析应用效果。结果实验组初产妇的各产程均短于对照组，且心理状态优于对照组，同时护理护理满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论自由体位分娩护理能够有效缓解初产妇在生产期间的痛苦，改善其心理状态和母婴结局，缩短产妇的产程，提高产妇的自然分娩率。
Abstract	Objective To observe the clinical effect of free position delivery nursing in primipara. Methods: the period from May 2021 to may 2022 was set as the selected time period for this study. During this period, 100 primiparas who gave birth in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study, and all of them voluntarily participated in the study. The above primiparas were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group received free body delivery nursing. The application effect was compared and analyzed. Results: all stages of labor of primiparas in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and their psychological state was better than that in the control group. In addition, compared with the delivery outcomes of primiparas in the two groups, the experimental group was better than the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: free position delivery nursing can effectively alleviate the pain of primiparas during childbirth, improve their psychological state and maternal and infant outcomes, shorten their labor process, and improve their natural delivery rate.
