Objective To discuss and study the value of different surgical methods for the treatment of patients with thoracolumbar fractures. Methods The main members participating in this study were 96 patients with thoracolumbar fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022. Different surgical treatments were performed for the patients in the form of groups. The groups were divided into reference group and study group. Groups were divided into different surgical methods. During the study period, the comprehensive scores of clinical indicators and complications of patients between groups were calculated to observe the effect of different surgical methods. Results The complications of the two groups of patients were compared, and the proportion of the research group was 6.25% lower than that of the reference group, which was 12.5%, and the patients in the research group had less bleeding and shorter hospital stay, and the comparison was meaningful (P<0.05). Conclusion The percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw internal fixation method for the treatment of such diseases can reduce the amount of bleeding and shorten the hospitalization time of the patients, which can promote the physical recovery of the patients, and is worthy of wide application.
