摘要	随着我国经济社会的迅速发展，我国目前的人力资源与社会保障工作建设具有重要意义。文章从目前的人力资源与社会保障工作情况入手，对其进行了较为全面的论述，通过对其整体理念的剖析，论述了其对我国社会发展的影响。
Abstract	With the rapid development of my countrys economy and society, the current construction of human resources and social security in my country is of great significance. The article starts with the current situation of human resources and social security work, and discusses it comprehensively. Through the analysis of its overall concept, it discusses its influence on the social development of our country.
