摘要	沟通是人类生存最重要的一项内容，在企业发展中，有效的内部沟通系统可以确保企业内部管理的有效性，推进战略执行和实效。通过管理沟通有利于达成企业战略共识、实现战略执行的协同以及战略执行控制，从而推动企业持续化发展。本文就从管理沟通与企业战略执行的影响上分析当前存在的问题，结合企业实际提出一些措施和意见。
Abstract	Communication is the most important content of human survival. In the development of enterprises, an effective internal communication system can ensure the effectiveness of enterprise internal management, and promote the implementation of strategy and effectiveness. Management communication is conducive to the strategic consensus, the coordination of strategy implementation and strategy implementation control, so as to promote the sustainable development of the enterprise. This paper analyzes the current problems from the influence of management communication and enterprise strategy implementation, and puts forward some measures and opinions combined with the actual situation of the enterprise.
