| 摘要 |
随着社会经济的不断发展，人们的护理意识和护理知识也不断增强。现研究对神经外科病人在气管切开护理中使用坐位与侧卧位进行排痰的应用效果和应用价值观察。方法 此次临床研究观察对象均为2020年12月至2021年12月在我院经组织学或细胞学确诊的神经外科患者，共计110例，按护理措施不同将患者平均分为常规护理组和坐卧位护理组（每组各55例）。经过治疗并结合不同护理方案后评价对比两组患者的排痰量、护理效果和显效时间等。结果 经过数据分析发现，坐卧位护理组患者经护理后的排痰量明显更多，护理效果更好，同时显效时间更快，组间数值P＜0.05，说明存在对比意义。结论 使用坐位与侧卧位进行排痰护理的临床效果显著，能够有效地提升排痰量，加快患者恢复健康进程，改善患者的生活品质，提高护理的质量和效率，缩短治疗、护理时间，值得大范围推广，建议提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective with the continuous development of social economy, peoples nursing awareness and nursing knowledge are also increasing. This study is to observe the application effect and value of sputum drainage in sitting and lateral position in neurosurgical patients during tracheotomy nursing. Methods: the subjects of this clinical study were 110 neurosurgical patients diagnosed by histology or cytology in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021. According to different nursing measures, the patients were divided into routine nursing group and sitting and lying position nursing group (55 cases in each group). After treatment and combined with different nursing schemes, the amount of sputum excretion, nursing effect and effective time of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: after data analysis, it was found that the patients in the sitting and lying position nursing group had significantly more sputum excretion, better nursing effect, and faster effective time. The value between the groups was p < 0.05, indicating that there was comparative significance. Conclusion: the clinical effect of expectoration nursing in sitting and lateral position is remarkable. It can effectively improve the amount of expectoration, accelerate the process of patients recovery of health, improve the quality of life of patients, improve the quality and efficiency of nursing, and shorten the treatment and nursing time. It is worthy of wide promotion and recommended to be advocated.
