| 摘要 |
对实施个性化护理干预缓解肝癌介入术后患者的恶心、呕吐不适症的发生，以及提高患者满意度的临床效果作进一步探究，为临床提供有效参考依据。方法 研究筛选出共60例肝癌患者为研究对象，均于2020年1月至2021年12月进入本院接受治疗，按接收治疗顺序平均分为对照组和观察组（每组各30例）。对60例肝癌介入术后患者实施常规护理干预措施与个性化护理干预措施对照研究，观察两组护理干预效果，分析恶心、呕吐的不适症状改善情况及护理满意度。结果 统计研究表明，两组患者在采取不同的护理干预方法后，通过个性化护理干预措施的观察组患者恶心、呕吐的不适症状改善及护理满意度方面均明显优于对照组，组间数据差异明显 ，P＜0.05，说明存在对比意义。结论 分析表明，个性化护理干预对肝癌介入术后患者恶心、呕吐的不适症状有明显缓解作用，有效提高患者满意度，以及舒适度，明显促进和谐的护患关系，护理效果显著，应用价值良好，对此护理方案建议大力推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective to further explore the clinical effect of personalized nursing intervention in alleviating the occurrence of nausea and vomiting in patients with liver cancer after interventional surgery, and improving patient satisfaction, so as to provide effective reference for clinical practice. Methods: a total of 60 patients with liver cancer were selected as the research objects. They entered our hospital for treatment from January 2020 to December 2021. They were divided into control group and observation group (30 cases in each group). A comparative study of routine nursing intervention and personalized nursing intervention was carried out in 60 patients with liver cancer after interventional surgery. The effects of nursing intervention in the two groups were observed, and the improvement of uncomfortable symptoms of nausea and vomiting and nursing satisfaction were analyzed. Results: the statistical study showed that after taking different nursing intervention methods, the improvement of discomfort symptoms of nausea and vomiting and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group through personalized nursing intervention measures. There were significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the analysis shows that personalized nursing intervention can significantly alleviate the discomfort symptoms of nausea and vomiting in patients with liver cancer after interventional surgery, effectively improve patient satisfaction and comfort, and significantly promote the harmonious nurse-patient relationship. The nursing effect is significant and the application value is good. It is suggested to vigorously promote the application of this nursing scheme.
