优质护理干预在重症监护室护理中的有效性分析

摘要	分析对重症监护室（ICU）患者开展优质护理的有效性。方法抽取2020年5月-2021年5月期间我院ICU收治的患者90例进行分组研究，分组办法为随机数字表法，接受常规护理的45例患者为对照组，接受优质护理的45例患者为研究组，对比两组患者呼吸机使用时间、ICU住院时间以及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者相比较面言，研究组患者呼吸机使用时间和ICU住院时间更短，并发症发生率更低（P＜0.05）。结论对ICU患者开展优质护理可有效缩短患者ICU入住时间，减少呼吸机使用时间，有利于降低并发症发生风险，应用价值较高。
Abstract	Objective to analyze the effectiveness of quality care for patients in intensive care unit (ICU). Methods: 90 patients admitted to ICU of our hospital from May 2020 to may 2021 were selected for grouping study. The grouping method was random number table method. 45 patients receiving routine care were taken as the control group and 45 patients receiving high-quality care were taken as the study group. The ventilator use time, ICU hospitalization time and complications of the two groups were compared. Results: compared with the two groups, the study group had shorter ventilator use time and ICU hospitalization time, and lower complication rate (P < 0.05). Conclusion: high quality nursing for ICU patients can effectively shorten the ICU stay time and reduce the use time of ventilator, which is helpful to reduce the risk of complications and has high application value.
