护理风险管理在降低产科风险事件中的效果观察

摘要	观察护理风险管理应用于产科风险事件预防中的效果。方法选取本院2020年3月-2021年10月期间产科收治的166例产妇作为研究对象，按照随机原则分为2组，每组83例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施护理风险管理，比较两组护理风险事件发生情况，评价护理质量。结果观察组应急处理、风险管理、法律知识及专科操作各项得分均比对照组高（P<0.01）。观察组护理风险事件发生率1.2%，明显比对照组（9.6%）低，差异有显著性（P<0.05）。结论在产科护理工作中实施护理风险管理，可显著降低风险事件发生率，提高产科护理质量，有较高的临床价值，值得推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To observe the effect of nursing risk management in the prevention of obstetric risk events. Methods: 166 pregnant women admitted in obstetrics department of our hospital from March 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into two groups with 83 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group implemented nursing risk management on the basis of routine nursing. The occurrence of nursing risk events between the two groups were compared and the nursing quality was evaluated. Results: the scores of emergency treatment, risk management, legal knowledge and specialized operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01). The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was 1.2%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (9.6%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of nursing risk management in obstetric nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of risk events and improve the quality of obstetric nursing. It has high clinical value and is worthy of popularization and application.
