呼吸内科护理中重症患者应急护理干预措施分析

摘要	本文为有效提高呼吸内科重症患者的生活质量及护理满意度，改善心理状态，降低并发症发生风险,对应急护理干预的应用效果作进一步研究，为临床护理工作提供有效参考依据。方法回顾性分析2021年4月-2022年3月期间在本院接收治疗的呼吸内科危急重症患者为研究对象，共计1028例，选抢救处置的351例患者入观察组，实施应急护理干预措施，剩余677例患者入对照组，实施常规护理干预措施。结果观察组生活质量、有效率、护理满意度高于对照组，复发率、SAS、SDS评分较对照组更低，组间数据P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论分析表明，应急护理干预措施对呼吸内科重症患者的护理效果显著，有效降低并发症发生风险，改善患者心理状态，并可提高患者生活质量以及患者满意度，明显促进医患关系和谐，应用价值良好，对此护理方案建议大力推广应用。
Abstract	Objective in order to effectively improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of severe patients in respiratory medicine, improve their psychological state and reduce the risk of complications, this paper further studies the application effect of emergency nursing intervention, and provides effective reference basis for clinical nursing work. Methods: 1028 critically ill patients in respiratory medicine who received treatment in our hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. 351 patients were selected for emergency nursing intervention in the observation group, and the remaining 677 patients were selected for routine nursing intervention in the control group. Results: the quality of life, effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the recurrence rate, SAS score and SDS score were lower than those of the control group. The data difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the analysis shows that the emergency nursing intervention measures have a significant effect on the nursing of severe patients in respiratory medicine, effectively reduce the risk of complications, improve the psychological state of patients, effectively improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients, significantly promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, and have good application value. It is suggested to vigorously promote the application of this nursing scheme.
