分析精细护理在老年重症糖尿病足创面护理中的应用价值

摘要	研究老年重症糖尿病足精细化护理之下创面护理的价值所在。方法将本院收治的老年重症糖尿病足患者作为研究群体，分别将老年患者分为对照组，施行常规护理；观察组施行精细护理，两组入组时间为2017年8月到2019年8月，且入组例数均为50，对比护理四周后两组患者创面愈合的情况，另外评估患者对本次护理的满意度。结果观察组患者创面愈合的比率偏高，患者对本次护理的满意度较高（P<0.05）。结论老年重症糖尿病足，在精细化的护理下，创面愈合的速度快，愈合的面积大，甚至可达完全愈合的效果，同时患者对护理更为信赖，有助于后续护理工作的推进。
Abstract	Objective To study the value of wound care under the fine care of severe diabetic foot in the elderly. Methods: The elderly patients with severe diabetic foot admitted to our hospital as the research group, the elderly patients were divided into control group for routine care; the observation group performed fine care from August 2017 to August 2019, and the number of cases was 50, compared with the wound healing of the two groups after four weeks of care, and assessed the patient satisfaction with the care. Results: The observation group showed high rates of wound healing and high satisfaction with this care (P <0.05). Conclusion: With the elderly severe diabetic foot, the wound healing speed is fast, large healing area, and even can achieve the effect of complete healing. At the same time, patients have more trust in nursing, which is conducive to the promotion of follow-up nursing work.
