| 摘要 |
分析在ICU转出患者中应用过渡期护理干预对家属准备度的作用。方法 研究时间从2020年1月至2021年12月，研究对象为ICU转出患者，在我院收治的患者中纳入60例作为研究样本，通过双盲法分入实验组与参照组当中，各30例，前者应用的护理方式为过渡期护理干预，后者应用的护理方式为常规护理干预，对两组患者家属不同时间段准备度评分（转出前、转出后1天、转出后3天、转出后5天）、护理配合度进行展开分析与讨论。结果 转出前对两组患者家属准备度评分进行数据分析，结果显示无意义（P>0.05）；转出后，实验组的准备度评分与护理配合度都相比于参照组更高（P<0.05）。结论 在ICU转出患者的临床护理中应用过渡期护理干预对家属准备度的作用显著，可提升患者对有人员的配合度，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective to analyze the effect of transitional nursing intervention on family readiness in ICU transferred patients. Methods: the research period was from January 2020 to December 2021. The subjects were patients transferred out of ICU. 60 patients were included in our hospital as research samples. They were divided into experimental group and reference group by double-blind method, with 30 cases in each group. The nursing method used by the former was transitional nursing intervention, and the nursing method used by the latter was routine nursing intervention, The preparation scores (before transfer out, 1 day after transfer out, 3 days after transfer out, 5 days after transfer out) and nursing cooperation degree of the families of the two groups were analyzed and discussed. Results: the scores of family members readiness of the two groups were analyzed before transfer out, and the results showed no significance (P > 0.05); After transfer out, the preparation score and nursing cooperation degree of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the clinical nursing of patients transferred out of ICU, the application of transitional nursing intervention has a significant effect on the preparation of family members, and can improve the cooperation of patients with personnel, which is worthy of promotion.
