Objective To investigate the effect of fine nursing on skin nursing of premature infants. Methods: This study was officially implemented in October 2020 and the deadline was October 2021. 80 premature infants born in the authors Hospital during this period were selected as the research object. They were divided into control group and experimental group according to different nursing schemes, with 40 cases in each group. The former implemented routine nursing and the latter implemented fine nursing. The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse skin conditions in the two groups were analyzed. Results: after effective intervention, the nursing satisfaction of children in the experimental group (95.00%) was improved and higher than that in the control group (85.00%); After effective intervention, the incidence of adverse skin conditions in the experimental group (7.50%) was ideally reduced and better than that in the control group (17.50%). There was significant difference between the groups represented by (P < 0.05). Conclusion: during the skin care of preterm infants, the implementation of fine care can reduce the skin dryness and infection of preterm infants, and improve their survival rate and quality of life.
