摘要	讨论研究在宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌病人护理中开展以行为转变理论为核心护理工作的价值作用。方法将2019年1月到2021年12月期间院内的100例宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌患者纳入研究范围，利用随机分配法划分为对照组（接受常规基础护理）、观察组（接受常规基础护理、以行为转变理论为核心的护理模式），对比两组患者对护理工作满意情况，对比两组患者生活质量状态评分。结果观察组整体患者对护理工作满意水平明显高于对照组、观察组整体患者生活质量状态评分明显高于对照组，P<0.05，有统计学差异。结论在宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌病人护理中开展以行为转变理论为核心护理工作，可以帮助患者将生活质量水平提升到新高度，为患者提供更为满意的护理服务。
Abstract	Objective To discuss the value of research on the nursing work with behavior change theory as the core in the nursing of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer patients. Methods: From January 2019 to December 2021, 100 patients with cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer in the hospital were included in the research scope, and divided into control group (receiving routine basic care) and observation group (receiving routine basic care) by random allocation method. Nursing, nursing model with behavior change theory as the core), compared the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with nursing work, and compared the scores of the quality of life of the two groups of patients. Results: The overall patients satisfaction with nursing work in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the overall quality of life score of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, P<0.05, with a statistical difference. Conclusion: Carrying out nursing work with behavioral transformation theory as the core in the nursing of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer patients can help patients improve their quality of life to a new height and provide patients with more satisfactory nursing services.
