Objective To explore the effect of one-to-one responsibility midwifery nursing on the delivery of primipara. Methods: 100 primiparas who gave birth in our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were equally divided into the control group and the observation group according to the nursing method, with 50 cases in each group; the control group received routine nursing; the observation group received One-to-one responsibility midwifery care. The delivery effects of primiparas between the two groups were compared; Results: The first stage of labor, the second stage of labor, the third stage of labor and the total labor stage time in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, and the data comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); The rate of natural childbirth in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the rate of cesarean section was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05). The incidence of cervical laceration was lower than that of the control group, and the data comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05); Conclusion: Implementing one-to-one responsibility midwifery care for primiparas can help shorten the labor process and improve natural delivery for primiparas It can reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and child birth outcomes, and has the value of popularization and application.
