综合肺康复护理在矽肺中对肺功能的影响

摘要	分析在矽肺中采取综合肺康复护理对肺功能的影响。方法选取 2020 年 1 月至 2021 年 1 月收治的矽肺患者 80 例，按照入院的先后顺序进行分组，先入院的 40 例矽肺患者为观察组，对此组患者采取综合肺康复护理，后入院的 40 例矽肺患者为对照组，该组患者实施常规护理，对比肺功能、血气分析指标、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果 ①肺功能：观察组肺功能各项指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。②血气分析指标。观察组 PaO2 水平高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组 PaCO2 水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。③生活质量。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。④护理满意度。观察组满意度 95.00%高于对照组 77.50%(P<0.05)。结论矽肺患者采取综合肺康复护理可有效改善患者的血气指标以及肺功能，提高生活质量及满意度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing on pulmonary function in silicosis. Methods A total of 80 patients with silicosis admitted from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission. The first 40 patients with silicosis were taken as the observation group, which received comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing, and the last 40 patients with silicosis were taken as the control group, which received routine nursing. The pulmonary function, blood gas analysis index, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results ① Pulmonary function: The indexes of pulmonary function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). ② Blood gas analysis index. The level of PaO2 in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The PaCO2 level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). ③ Quality of life. The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). (4) Nursing satisfaction. The satisfaction of observation group was 95.00% higher than that of control group 77.50%(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing for silicosis patients can effectively improve the blood gas index and pulmonary function of patients, improve the quality of life and satisfaction.
