Objective The experiment will focus on the implementation of treatment for diabetic patients, focusing on the analysis of community integrated management strategy, to help patients achieve the ideal treatment outcome, optimize blood glucose indicators. Methods A total of 260 diabetic patients were selected as the object. The samples were from March 2020 to July 2022. According to the time, the patients were divided into two comparison groups: the control group received routine management, and the observation group received community integrated management. Results According to the data, fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). At the same time, in the level of self-management, the ability of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Finally, in terms of medication compliance and diet compliance, the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The community integrated management strategy has a good effect on the improvement of blood glucose level in diabetic patients, and also helps to improve the diet and medication compliance, with better self-management awareness, and gradually improve the condition, which is worthy of promotion.
