Objective This article mainly explores the clinical value and effect of high-quality nursing care for patients with severe acute pancreatitis after surgery. Methods During the period from January 2020 to February 2021, 80 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who were treated in the surgical department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects of this experiment in our hospital, and the patients were divided into two groups by equal distribution. Two groups, namely the reference group (40 cases) and the research group (40 cases), were treated with different nursing methods respectively, and then the nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The nursing effect of the patients in the study group was better than that in the reference group, the incidence of abnormal symptoms was less, the rate of clinical escort and complaints were relatively low, the scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the reference group, and the length of stay of the patients in the study group was longer. short. Conclusion Through high-quality nursing intervention for patients, the vital signs of patients are maintained at normal levels, the occurrence of abnormal symptoms is reduced, the recovery speed of patients is accelerated, and the rate of family escort is reduced, so that patients can be discharged quickly and improve The quality of life of patients, the nursing work of the undergraduate room makes the patients more satisfied and reduces the patient complaint rate, which is worthy of promotion.
