摘要	研究持续质量改进（Continuous Quality Improvement，CQI）对老年住院患者空腹检查及时率的效果。方法把 2021 年 1 月-2021 年 3 月接受空腹检查项120 例老年住院患者视为对比组，实施普通管理；把 2021 年 4 月-2021 年 6 月接受空腹检查项120 例老年住院患者视为研究组，实施 CQI 管理，比较两组空腹检查及时率以及患者满意率。结果研究组空腹检查及时率显著高于对比组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者满意率高于对比组（P＜0.05）。结论 CQI 对老年住院患者空腹检查及时率的效果良好，有助于促进及时接受空腹检查，让患者对诊疗过程更加满意。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) on the timely rate of fasting examination in elderly inpatients. Methods A total of 120 elderly inpatients who received fasting examination items from January 2021 to March 2021 were treated as the control group and were given general management. A total of 120 elderly inpatients who received fasting examination items from April 2021 to June 2021 were treated as the study group, and CQI management was implemented. The timely rate of fasting examination and patient satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The timely rate of fasting examination in the study group was significantly higher than that in the comparison group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the comparison group (P < 0.05). Conclusion CQI has a good effect on the timely rate of fasting examination in elderly inpatients, which is helpful to promote timely fasting examination and make patients more satisfied with the diagnosis and treatment process.
