摘要	探讨 PDCA 循环在皮肤科护理三级质控管理效果。方法选取 2019 年 12 月—2020 年 12 月开展 PDCA 循环前，以及 2020 年 12 月-2021 年 12 月开展 PDCA 循环后，皮肤科护理人员 15 人，患者 50 例，观察皮肤科护理质控小组运用 PDCA 循环加强护理三级质控工作，比较质控管理模式运行后的护理治疗情况。结果 2021 年护理质量检查皮肤科基础护理、病区管理、安全管理、护理文书等护理质量均高于 2020 年，差异具有统计学意义 P＜0.05，开展后护士安全意识评分均高于开展前，P＜0.05；开展后护理满意度 98.00%（49/50）高于开展前 80.00%（40/50），P＜0.05。结论将 PDCA 循环引入到皮肤科护理三级质控管理中成效显著。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulation in dermatology care. Methods Select 15 dermatology nursing staff and 50 patients before the PDCA cycle from December 2019 to December 2020, and from December 2020 to December 2021, observe the dermatology nursing quality control team using the PDCA cycle to strengthen the nursing tertiary quality control work, and compare the nursing treatment after the operation of the quality control management mode. Results In 2021, basic nursing quality, ward management, safety management and nursing documents were higher than in 2020, and the difference was P <0.05, P <0.05,98.00% (49 / 50) higher than 80.00% (40 / 50), P <0.05. Conclusion IntroPDCA cycle into the tertiary quality control management of dermatology care is effective.
