人性化护理对消化内镜检查患者应激反应及配合度的影响

摘要	分析消化内镜检查患者实施人性化护理对其配合度以及应激反应的影响。方法选取 2021 年 1 月至 2021 年 12月行消化内镜检查患者 1200例，随机分为观察组(人性化护理)和对照组(常规护理)各 600例，对比效果。结果观察组应激反应均低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组护理质量评分及配合度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理可以有效改善消化内镜检查患者的应激反应，提升配合度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing on the cooperation degree and stress response of patients undergoing digestive endoscopy. Methods 2700 patients undergoing digestive endoscopy from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into observation group (humanized nursing) and control group (routine nursing) with 1350 cases in each group, and the effects were compared. Results The stress response of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The nursing quality score and cooperation degree of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing can effectively improve the stress response and cooperation degree of patients undergoing digestive endoscopy.
