The new normal of economy is an objective law in the development of Chinas market economy. It is also the embodiment of Chinas entry into a new era. It is a process that China must go through to a higher level of development. While slowing down the economic growth rate, the country has stepped onto a higher quality economic development ladder. Under this background, great changes have taken place in the operating environment of Chinas fiscal policy and monetary policy, which have been endowed with the meaning of the times. How to coordinate the two and undertake the new task of the development of the times has become the focus of the state and society. In order to optimize the function of resource allocation, make contributions to Chinas stable economic growth, meet the needs of the new normal economic development, and take high-quality development as the theme of the times, this paper attempts to analyze Chinas monetary and fiscal policies, combined with Chinas national conditions, and puts forward some suggestions on the coordination of fiscal and monetary policies under the new situation, so as to better achieve the purpose of macro-control.
