摘要	探讨三仁汤临床应用。三仁汤具有宣上、畅中、渗下，三焦分消的配伍特点，能使气机畅、湿邪除、热清、三焦畅，而且作用平和，性温不燥，目前在内、外、妇、儿、五官、皮肤等各科广泛使用，疗效显著，并且在一些疑难杂病中辨证使用也获得满意疗效。
Abstract	Discuss the clinical application of Sanren soup. Sanren soup has the compatibility characteristics of Xuanshang, Changzhong, Infiltration and Sanjiao Elimination, which can make the qi machine smooth, wet evil removal, heat clearance, three Jiao Chang, and the role is peaceful, the temperament is not dry, and it is currently widely used in various disciplines such as internal, external, women, children, facial features, skin and so on, with remarkable efficacy, and also obtained satisfactory efficacy in the dialectical use of some difficult and miscellaneous diseases.
