Objective Analysis of irrational drug prescriptions issued by the intravenous drug dispensing Center of our hospital, so as to promote rationalization of clinical drug use in our hospital. Methods From April 2020 to October 2021, 451 cases of irrational prescriptions issued by intravenous drug dispensing Center of our hospital were selected and analyzed in detail. Results According to the analysis of 451 cases of irrational prescription, irrational prescription mainly included the following categories: irrational selection and concentration of drug solvent, irrational dosage, irrational dosage frequency, etc. Conclusion The staff of intravenous drug dispensing Center will provide timely feedback when unreasonable drug prescriptions are found to provide patients with an excellent diagnosis and treatment environment and a strong guarantee for the treatment effect of patients.
