Objective: To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the treatment of type 2 diabetes nephropathy. Methods: the subjects selected in this study were all patients with type 2 diabetes nephropathy diagnosed in our hospital from January 2021 to September 2022. 64 patients were enrolled in the study group. After grouping by random number table, 32 patients were included in the control group and treated with conventional western medicine; Another 32 cases were included in the observation group and treated with western medicine combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: before treatment, there was no significant difference in hemorheology between the two groups (P > 0.05); After treatment, the hemorheology related indexes of the two groups changed, but the levels of all indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes nephropathy, the combined application of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the routine western medicine treatment scheme is more conducive to improving the patients body state.
