Pregnancy refers to the process of growth and development of the embryo and fetus in the mother. Pregnancy begins when the mature egg is fertilized and ends when the fetus and its appendages are discharged from the mother. It is a physiological process that most women must go through. But affected by a variety of factors such as physical fitness, not all pregnancy process is smooth, some women may lead to pregnancy failure due to ectopic pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy is clinically known as ectopic pregnancy, that is, pregnancy outside the uterus, including ovary, fallopian tube, abdominal cavity and other parts of pregnancy, including uterine horn pregnancy, cervical pregnancy and cesarean section scar pregnancy, is the main cause of early death of pregnant women, need to pay attention to. Among them, cervical pregnancy refers to the implantation and development of the fertilized egg in the cervical canal, which is very rare. In recent years, with the extensive use of various assisted reproductive technologies, the incidence of cervical pregnancy has increased significantly, and it mostly occurs in the parturient women[1]. Due to the small number of clinical cervical pregnancy cases and the unknown etiology, misdiagnosis is easy to occur, leading to the adoption of wrong treatment, causing serious negative impact on patients. Based on this, this paper analyzed the diagnosis and treatment process of 1 patient with cervical pregnancy, aiming to provide reference for clinical diagnosis of the disease and thus improve the diagnostic accuracy.
