真空辅助旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿块的价值探析

摘要	讨论研究在乳腺良性肿块治疗中运用真空辅助旋切术的价值作用。方法将2019年7月到2022年7月期间院内的68例乳腺良性肿块患者纳入研究范围，利用随机分配法划分为对照组（接受传统肿瘤切除术）、观察组（接受真空辅助旋切术），观察并比较两组并发症发生情况、患者对治疗方案满意度、手术时长、术中出血情况、创口长度，观察并比较两组生活质量评分。结果观察组整体并发症发生情况、患者对治疗方案满意度、手术时长、术中出血情况、创口长度、生活质量评分等各项数据信息均明显比对照组更具优势，P<0.05，有统计学差异。结论在乳腺良性肿块治疗中运用真空辅助旋切术可改善患者术中相关指标，将相关并发症发生风险控制在合理范围，为患者提供更为满意的治疗方案，对患者生活质量状态产生积极影响。
Abstract	Objective To discuss the value of vacuum assisted rotary resection in the treatment of benign breast masses. Methods: From July 2019 to July 2022, 68 patients with benign breast tumors in the hospital were included in the study. They were randomly divided into the control group (receiving traditional tumor resection) and the observation group (receiving vacuum assisted rotary resection). The incidence of complications, patients satisfaction with the treatment plan, operation duration, intraoperative bleeding, wound length, and quality of life scores of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The observation groups overall complications, patients satisfaction with the treatment plan, operation duration, intraoperative bleeding, wound length, quality of life scores and other data information were significantly superior to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of vacuum assisted rotary resection in the treatment of benign breast masses can improve the relevant indicators of patients during the operation, control the risk of related complications in a reasonable range, provide more satisfactory treatment for patients, and have a positive impact on the quality of life of patients.
