摘要	观察快速康复护理对骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折术后恢复情况的影响。方法将 2020 年 8 月-2021 年 10 月期间接收的 50 例骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折患者纳入研究，均采取手术治疗，根据护理方法的不同分为实验组与对比组，每组 25 例。对比组在围术期进行普通护理，实验组在围术期进行快速康复护理，比较两组护理前与护理 4 周后的腰椎功能评分、日常生活能力评分。结果护理前，两组患者的腰椎功能评分、日常生活能力评分均无统计学差异（P＞0.05）；护理 4 周后，两组患者的腰椎功能评分、日常生活能力评分均提高（P＜0.05），其中实验组高于对比组，组间有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论快速康复护理对骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折术后恢复有积极影响，有助于改善腰椎功能与日常生活能力，使身体快速恢复健康。
Abstract	Objective To observe the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of osteoporotic lumbar compression fracture after operation. Methods 50 cases of osteoporotic lumbar vertebral compression fracture received from August 2020 to October 2021 were included in the study, all of them were treated with surgery, and were divided into experimental group and control group according to different nursing methods, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received general nursing during the perioperative period, and the experimental group received rapid rehabilitation nursing during the perioperative period. The scores of lumbar function and daily living ability before and after 4 weeks of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores of lumbar function and daily living ability between the two groups (P>0.05); After 4 weeks of nursing, the scores of lumbar function and daily living ability of patients in the two groups were improved (P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing has a positive effect on the recovery of osteoporotic lumbar compression fracture after operation, which is helpful to improve the lumbar function and daily living ability, and make the body recover quickly.
