血液恶性肿瘤化疗中 PICC 导管的运用与护理分析

摘要	分析将 PICC 置管运用到化疗当中，配合进行护理干预对血液恶性肿瘤患者的影响差异。方法摘取 2021 年间我院接受化疗的 120 例血液恶性肿瘤患者。并以常规护理（对照组）和全面护理（观察组）进行观察分析，比较相同治疗方式在配合不同护理后患者的临床效果变化差异。结果观察组患者发生并发症 3 人，发生率 5.00%，低于对照组 16.67%（10/60），数据对比差异体现统计含义 P <0.05。另观察组患者护理满意率 95.00%（57/60），高于对照组 81.67%（49/60），组间差异具备统计价值 P<0.05。结论临床治疗血液恶性肿瘤疾病，主要采用化疗方式进行治疗，为提高患者医疗感受运用 PICC 置管方法，可降低患者穿刺痛苦感，护理人员配合开展全面护理干预措施，能有效降低并发症的发生几率，增进临床治疗安全性。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of PICC catheterization in chemotherapy combined with nursing intervention on patients with hematological malignant tumors. Methods 120 patients with hematologic malignancy who received chemotherapy in 2021 were selected. Routine nursing (control group) and comprehensive nursing (observation group) were used for observation and analysis, and the differences of clinical effects of patients with the same treatment and different nursing cooperation were compared. Results Complications occurred in 3 patients (5.00%) in the observation group. It was lower than that of the control group by 16.67% (10/60), and the difference of data comparison showed statistical significance P <0.05. The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 95.00% (57/60), which was higher than 81.67% (49/60) in the control group, and the difference between the two groups had statistical value P<0.05. Conclusion Chemotherapy is the main way to treat hematologic malignancy. In order to improve patients medical experience, PICC catheterization method was used to reduce patients puncture pain. Nursing staff cooperate to carry out comprehensive nursing intervention measures, can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications, clinical treatment safety of muscle increase.
