摘要	探究舒适护理对烧伤患者恢复效果的影响。方法选取 2020 年 6 月至 2021 年 12 月在我院进行烧伤治疗的 80 例患者作为本次研究对象，根据护理方式的差别将其均分为观察组合对照组，对照组行烧伤基础护理，观察组在基础护理方式上行舒适护理干预，对比术后指标。结果观察组患者创面恢复的总有效率为 92.50%，显著高于对照组的 85.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者无论是住院所需时间还是术后创面恢复所需时间短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05)；观察组患者在受舒适护理后的疼痛程度和焦虑评分均较对照组有更为明显的改善；观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组满意度方面得分均高于对照组。结论舒适护理对烧伤患者的恢复具有极大的促进作用，能够有效缩短其住院和治疗时间，降低并发症发生率，缓解治疗过程中的焦虑情绪和疼痛感知，提升了满意度，故值得推广。
Abstract	objective to explore the effect of comfort nursing on the recovery of burn patients. Methods a total of 80 burn patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2020 to December 2020 were 2021 into Observation Group and control group, the patients in the control group received basic nursing care, while those in the Observation Group received comfort nursing intervention in the basic nursing mode. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50% , which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.00%)(P & LT; 0.05) The time of hospitalization and wound recovery in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P & Lt; 0.05) Compared with the control group, the pain degree and anxiety scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly improved, and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P & Lt; 0.05) The scores of satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion comfort nursing can promote the recovery of burn patients, shorten the time of hospitalization and treatment, reduce the incidence of complications, and relieve the anxiety and pain during the treatment, improve the degree of satisfaction, it is worth promoting.
