超声引导下神经阻滞配合整体护理效果分析

摘要	研究超声引导下神经阻滞配合整体护理效果。方法选择 2021年 07月－2022年 07 月到本院接受手术麻醉的患者 120例，按照不同干预操作，分为实验组和对照组，分析干预效果。结果实验组总满意度 59例（98.33%）高于对照组 51例（85.00%），P＜0.05；实验组麻醉期配合度 59/60 例（98.33%）高于对照组 53/60 例（88.33%），P＜0.05；实验组患者收缩压、舒张压、心率以及各时间段的疼痛程度均低于对照组，P＜0.05；实验组麻醉阻滞操作时间低于对照组，P＜0.05；实验组麻醉成功概率为 60/60 例（100.00%）高于对照组 51 例（85.00%），P＜0.05。实验组并发症发生率 1（1.67%）低于对照组 9（15.00%）， P<0.05。结论运用超声引导下神经阻滞配合整体护理方式给予患者麻醉干预，可提升麻醉效果，确保患者可顺利完成手术，可运用。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of ultrasound-guided nerve block combined with holistic nursing. Methods 120 patients who received surgical anesthesia in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were divided into experimental group and control group according to different intervention operations, and the effect of intervention was analyzed. Results the total satisfaction of the experimental group 59（98.33%） was higher than that of the control group 51（85.00%）(P < 0.05); The cooperation degree of the experimental group (59 / 60) (98.33%) was higher than that of the control group (53 / 60) (88.33%) (P < 0.05); Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and pain degree of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05); The time of anesthesia block in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05); The success rate of anesthesia in the experimental group was 60 / 60 (100.00%) higher than that in the control group51（85.00%）， (P < 0.05). The complication rate of the experimental group was 1 (1.67%) lower than that of the control group 9（15.00%），(P < 0.05). Conclusion the use of ultrasound-guided nerve block combined with holistic nursing can improve the anesthesia effect and ensure that the patients can successfully complete the operation.
