综合护理在妇产科腰硬联合麻醉患者中的应用

摘要	探究分析综合护理在妇产科腰硬联合麻醉患者中的应用。方法选取于 2020 年 3 月至 2022 年 3 月，我院妇产科行腰硬联合麻醉患者共 120 例，作为本次研究对象。采用随机数字分组法，将 120 例患者随机分为对照组（常规护理）与观察组（综合护理）。对比两组的不良反应发生率以及疼痛程度。结果观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论对妇产科行腰硬联合麻醉患者采用综合护理模式进行干预，能够有效改善患者的疼痛程度以及不良反应发生率，在实际应用中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore and analyze the application of comprehensive nursing in patients with combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. 120 patients were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (comprehensive nursing) by random number grouping method. The incidence of adverse reactions and the degree of pain were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group was better than the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The intervention of comprehensive nursing mode in patients with combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia in obstetrics and gynecology can effectively improve the pain degree and incidence of adverse reactions of patients, which has excellent effect in practical application, and is worthy of further promotion and application.
