中医护理对老年 2 型糖尿病合并高血压的应用效果

摘要	分析中医护理对老年 2 型糖尿病合并高血压的应用效果。方法此次实验对象为老年 2 型糖尿病并高血压患者，入院时间均在 2020.06 月至 2022.06 月，入选患者共 90 例，随机分为对照组（常规护理，n=45）与研究组（中医护理，n=45）。对比两组的护理效果。结果在空腹血糖、收缩压与舒张压上，研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。在满意度上，研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论中医护理用于老年 2 型糖尿病合并高血压的效果确切，临床可进一步推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. Methods The subjects of this experiment were elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension. The admission time was from June 2020 to June 2022. A total of 90 patients were selected and randomly divided into the control group (regular nursing, n=45) and the research group (traditional Chinese medicine). nursing, n=45). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The fasting blood glucose, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). In terms of satisfaction, the research group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension is definite, and it can be further popularized and applied in clinical practice.
